The Bank of England has held interest rates again, and I think this is an important moment for UK investors to think about. Inflation has come down from the crazy levels we saw before, but it has not disappeared. Rates are still much higher than most people were used to, mortgages are still expensive, and cash still looks more attractive than it has done for years.

So the question is simple:
